Event insurance required if you are providing homemade foods or having a bar.
Includes: Venue for two days, tables and chairs, linens, catering, cake, decorative florals for arch, bridal florals, five bridesmaid's florals, simple centerpieces, photographer for before ceremony, ceremony, and reception, decorating and tear down, ceremony and reception coordinating, trash fee.

One day rental
Renters have access to the Parlor and the grounds from 9am- 9pm the day of the event. Additional time the day before can be rented on an hourly rate of $100 an hour

Renters have access to the Parlor and the grounds from 11am- 9pm the day before and 9am- 11pm The day of.

Quick Elopement Package
Weekdays (excluding Fridays)
Renters have access to the grounds for a 2 hour or less rental. 30 people or less. No food except cake- no alcohol.
