How many people can the building seat safely?
150 people with the garage doors up. 100 with garage doors down.
How is my date saved?
When the contract is signed and 50% of the payment (deposit) has been paid, we will then save your date. You will pay the remaining amount of the rental fee 60 days prior to your wedding event.
How do I reserve a date?
To reserve a date email us at theglassparlor.com saying you are ready to book your specific date if it is still available. We then can meet for payment and contract signing, or we can do everything over supported technology.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour by emailing theglassparlor@gmail.com
Will there be another wedding the same day?
We only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couple's event is special and receives our full attention. For this reason we charge full price whether it’s just a reception rental or a reception and ceremony rental.
What types of tables are included in your price?
Tables and chairs for up to 100 guests are included. The tables and chairs are white and the tables are round. We do not provide linens.
What form of payment do we accept?
We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and check.
Can vehicles be left overnight?
No vehicles can be left overnight. Please advise your guests of this policy.
We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
No, vendors are only allowed on the property during rental period. Please advise your vendors of this policy.
Will you all clean up for us?
Yes, we will but we can not touch any food or dishes. We are not licensed for food prep, service or cleaning.
Can we take photos around the farm on our wedding day?
Sure! We have a large area with hill tops and woods to choice from.
Can we have someone cook for the reception, like a family member?
No, all food must be prepared by a licensed, insured and professional restaurant or caterer. We also allow bought packaged foods.
Can we BYOB?
No, you must have a licensed and insured bartender.
The tables are 60’ in round tables and would require 120’ linens for floor length.
We provide all metal white chairs. There are enough chairs to seat 100 guests. Additional chairs or different chairs can be rented from some of our vendors. Click here to see our vendor list.
