Weekday wedding
One day rental
Renters have access to the Parlor and the grounds from 9am- 9pm the day of the event. Additional time the day before can be rented on an hourly pf $100 an hour or our $450 event day rate. One staff member for venue stocking.

Renters have access to the Parlor and the grounds from 11am- 9pm the day before and 9am- 11pm The day of. 1 staff member for venue stocking the day of the wedding.

Quick Elopement Package
Weekdays (excluding Fridays)
Renters have access to the grounds for a 2 hour or less rental. 50 people or less. No food- no alcohol.
No event insurance required.- You will sign a waiver that you are responsible if any damage is caused

General rule- $100 an hr excluding wedding ceremonies and receptions. Minimum of 2 hours.
